So today, we turned 4 months old. Can you believe it? We sure can't!

Pretty much a great day!
What we have learned in 4 months:
- We have now mastered thumb sucking. Isaac is able to pop that thumb in there like a pro now. And he does it the right way. With the rest of his fingers balled up in a fist behind it. It's pretty much the cutest ever...
- Isaac is giggling A LOT now. His laughter is contagious.
- He LOVES being outside. No matter what the circumstance, if we walk outside, the boy calms down. Makes for a happy mommy and daddy.
- Dan and I are pretty sure that Isaac has grown bored of his toys. There must be a 4 month expiration date on amusement or something. He is completely uninterested in all of the things that completely entranced him a month ago. Needless to say, we will be making a trip to BRU very soon. :D
- Isaac LOVES dancing. You prop that baby up where his feet are touching the ground, and shake him around while singing something, and the boy's in heaven! He gets a big fatty grin immediately and throws a giggle in there every once in a while. It makes my heart melt.
- [In regards to that last comment about what we learned]--we have also learned that there is a delicate balance between dancing that elicits smiles and dancing that elicits projectile vomiting...this does not make my heart melt. :/
- Isaac is making very different noises than he was before. He is now making lots of "mmm" noises, and he purses his lips very cute when he does it(as pictured above). I'm thinking he's going to say "Mama" first?!?!?!?!?!
- He has just noticed that we share our home with dogs. Every once in a while they will catch his eye and completely distract him from whatever he is doing.
- He is reaching out and grabbing a lot of his toys now. It's pretty awesome to watch his skills develop, what seems like overnight! He focuses on something, and grabs it! It's awesome! He gets really excited about "helping" hold his bottle. If you place it right in front of him, his eyes get real big, and he grabs it and usually forcefully shoves it into his cheek. :]
- He has started "drumming" on everything, including mommy and daddy. It's hilarious. He taps things very forcefully. Daddy has to start those drum lessons early!
- We have found that he is ticklish behind his ears, and under his chin. He GIGGLES everytime we do it. Sweet baby boy!
- You should see him when mama is drinking out of a 1 liter water bottle. His eyes get HUGE, I can only imagine that he thinks he is about to get a monsterous bottle!
