Monoprinting

It was quite cold out this morning, so we decided on an indoor activity! PAINTING!!!

I let him pick the 1st two colors to work with. Go figure! He picked Christmas colors!! LOVE this boy!!

I had to persuade him to get his hands dirty. I kept insisting it was fun!

He wasn't convinced. He kept asking me to wipe off his hands every two seconds.

Using the Q tips to make designs

He really wanted his hands cleaned up. Even though he's the one who decided that this was a body painting session as well, he wasn't happy at all that there was paint on him.

This was his face a lot of the time. :/ He doesn't like being messy. Just like daddy.

He did, however, like throwing things onto the ground. This fascination, we are already well acquainted with.

Of course, he had the most fun when we decided painting time was over. He enjoyed crumpling up this paper. Reminder: Next time just give him paper to crumple.

Children's Museum

Another fun activity we did while Daddy was out of town was visiting the Children's Museum of Houston with our Aunt Catherine. Isaac had lots of fun!!!!

He could have played at every activity station for hours if he could, but Aunt Catherine and I kept moving him from one thing to the next. We were probably more excited than he was about the museum!
