Fall fun; even though it still feels like summer :)

Isaac is growing up so fast. It seems to be happening at lightening speed these last couple of weeks. Everytime I turn around there's something new he's trying, or mastering. It's marvelous and melancholy. It is in one word, bittersweet. My baby is becoming a big boy.

Pondering life's great wonders.

Mastering the skill of standing up independently, without holding onto anything! Old news to Isaac. He is obviously unimpressed. BUT amazing to daddy and mommy every time we see him do it.

Swimming pool fun!!!

He quickly learned that he could destroy pool fun by emptying out all of the water. Destroying pool fun then became more fun than actual pool fun, and we spent the rest of our time trying to distract him. He also killed our camera for 24 hours by doing this.... Thankfully I'm a Nurse, and I brought it back to life. :) You never know when your skills might come in handy.
