1 year old's can't carve yet, BUT they can paint!

The entire time I taped this pumpkin, Isaac was screaming

He stopped screaming when I put the pumpkin on the ground

The paints!

It doesn't look like it, but he resumed screaming as soon as we put him in his highchair. He continued even with the promises of, "This is gonna be fun!"

He soon became willing to appease Mommy, and decided to happily paint his pumpkin

We convinced him to paint on his pumpkin some more
