Checking out his first dinosaur with Daddy
He kept calling this a "shark"
Prehistoric bugs
The whole time he was looking at this guy up close he way saying, "uh-oh".
Sadly, he was a little afraid of all the dinosaurs. He wanted to hold our hand and would tell us they were scary. I don't think he roared even once. :( The dino's on t.v. are a lot more friendly looking.
The new dinosaur hall is AMAZING.
The man who worked there said this is the best triceratops in the world.
Dan loved this T-Rex display because his tail was bitten off, most likely by another T-Rex!
While we were oohing and aahing over the amazing dinosaur displays, Isaac was busy running around and playing on a bench with a little girl that he met. By meet, I mean he made her be his friend by following her around saying "Hi" until she willingly played with him. Which, to be honest, didn't take long. They were having so much fun being silly. I would have taken a picture but I didn't want to be creepy lady taking pictures of other people's kids...
If you can believe it, these are dinosaur birds. Huge dinosaur birds.
I loved this cute little guy. I mean cute in the meat-eating, tear your flesh off your bones, dinosaur way :)
Amazing.
We can't wait to go back again!

Wow! It looks like an awesome museum! Did the scary dinosaurs scar him? or is he still roaring at home & enjoying the ones on tv?
ReplyDeleteIt really was great!
ReplyDeleteHe was roaring today so I don't think he's too scarred.. :)
