Bellies aren't always full of giggles

In the midst of all the hustle and bustle of Christmas, it is good to be reminded to slow down and savor the little joys in life. Tonight, Isaac rolled over from his back to his belly, all on his own. He has been teetering onto his side and getting oh so close for weeks now. Once he realizes that he is about to have "belly time" he quickly corrects himself and flings himself back onto his back. No such luck tonight, though. ;0) Dan and I were in the kitchen, eating cake pops I'm sure, when we heard the little guy start hollering from the living room. We looked over the kitchen counter to find him on his belly, face beat red, screaming. He hates belly time. I went to "save" him, then realized what a great photo op this was!! But by the time I found the camera, he had figured out how to roll over to his side. So this is what we caught..

Still kinda crying, but smiling for the camera. You can see he is still a little red. :/

He couldn't figure out if he was happy or mad still about the dreaded, belly time.

I think he decided he was happy :D

love.
